Bobby oversees the tutoring, technology, and educational pedagogy for the Tutoring and Learning Center. He joined the TLC in 2016 and is consistently inspired by TLC's tutors, high school students, and the mission of providing free math tutoring to Harlem and Morningside Heights schools. 

Bobby has been in education for almost 20 years as a teacher, trainer, technology specialist, and advocate for educational equity. Before the TLC, he was the Education Technology and Media Specialist responsible for the technical infrastructure and educational technology pedagogy for the Washington School for Girls, a tuition-free charter school in Washington, DC. He has taught Health Policy, Filmmaking, and Media Literacy at the Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools For Public Policy. At the Close Up Foundation, he provided experiential learning opportunities to teachers and students, connecting history to current-day political issues at sites like the Lincoln Memorial, US Capitol, and Arlington Cemetery.
